Creamy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brussels Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  • Trim sprouts and cook until tender.
  • In a frying pan, saute onion in butter until translucent.
  • Stir in flour, sugar, salt and mustard.
  • Add milk and simmer until thick.
  • Blend in sour cream.
  • Add sprouts and serve.
