Grainy Pancakes


  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbs ground flax
  • 2 Tbs ground nuts
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk


  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Combine egg and milk.
  • Add to flour mixture and mix.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Start frying.
